Unit 1 - The Incubator House

The Incubator House was the site for the farm's incubators when it was one of the North West's leading poultry farms.
It is a stand alone building adjacent to the car park for easy access and loading. Comprises two rooms, one with floor to ceiling glazing, entrance area, separate wc and kitchen. Perimeter trunking along one wall.
The Incubator House is currently an on-site Café and Art Gallery.
Unit 2 - The Loose Box

The Loose Box was where animals were kept untethered such as cows with their calves.

A loft above the pigsties was accessed by the stone stairs at the end of the building.

The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy is the end of the cattle byre that was used as a dairy collecting the milk for daily collection from the wooden milk stand outside.
